Our company was founded in 1993 in Florida. It has since evolved from hurricane clean-up to Northeast PA,, where winter cold damage occurs in homes and flooding from occasional heavy rains. We were ready when Mold Damage removal became a number 1 priority with mortgage companies and insurance companies, because we had already dealt with mold contamination, removal and preventing it's return for years before the insurance and mortgage companies became aware of the impact it had on homes and people living in them. While the mold aspect of our business was growing rapidly and combining with the already existent water damage business, we decided that in order to help our customers fully, we would also need to be able to control moisture issues in their basements and crawlspaces. We researched many waterproofing companies and decided to join as a dealer, with one of the largest waterproofing companies in the United States and Canada. We take pride that our company can clean and dry water damage, remove mold, install a waterproofing system and in many cases rebuild the home and get it looking like new, even though there was previous damage. We are Certified in Mold remediation and we customer tailor our waterproofing systems. They are also guaranteed for the life of the structure and can be transferred to new homeowners, should the home be sold.

Our Company is a dealer for Basement Technologies waterproofing systems. We are the only one authorized in our area to handle this prestigious system and we have installed hundreds in NEPA. We are proud of our systems and happy that they can be custom tailored to each home and that the warranty is for lifetime of the structure. The warranty can also be transferred to a new homeowner and costs nothing to do this. Our systems have been installed all over the United States and Canada and are proven to be effective long term. We can install our system on as little as one wall section to all 4 perimeter walls. 4) Crawlspace Encapsulation

We will fully encapsulate the crawlspace to make sure your crawlspace air space is free from excess moisture and is allowing only clean, dry air to permeate into your living space from below. Our system will have your home smelling much better, feeling much much dryer and you will breath easier from the removal of the moisture in the air. This also eliminates future mold issues in the crawlspace too!

5) Foundation Bowing Wall Repair

Our company installs Carbon Fiber Strips to walls to correct bowing and stop the future bowing of walls, which makes the foundation walls very unstable. These strips are very effective and we have been using the for over 10 years with great results.
