Elite Nursing Services Inc. is owned and operated by locals serving the Twin Cities and its suburbs,and looking to expand to other parts of the state of Minnesota. The service side of the firm’s operations is staffed by well-trained individuals who have worked in the health care and home care industries for many years. They include nurses, nurse aides, home health aides, homemakers, personal care attendants and personal care assistants. The management side of the agency’s operations is staffed by trained management professionals whose collective expertise enables us to provide quality and trusted services to our clients.

Elite is licensed, insured and bonded. Our professional caregivers maintain up-to date training and thorough background checks.

1) In Home Personal Care Services For Seniors, Disabled Adults And Children

Elite Nursing Services, Inc. provides in home care to seniors, disabled adults and children. Our personal care services are tailored to the specific needs of individual client, intended to help individuals achieve and enjoy greater independence in their home. Our nurses, develop plan of care and work schedules with inputs from each client or their responsible party.

Our Personal Care Services include: Dressing, bathing, grooming, transfers, mobility, positioning, toileting, laundry, light housekeeping, etc.

2) Home Maker Service

Our home making service is designed to assist our clients who are incapable of performing tasks such as: meal preparation, grocery shopping, house cleaning, laundry, etc. Our staff members are trained to provide these services with high degree of professionalism.

Our Respite Care service provide short term relief to family member who serves as primary caregiver for loved one, and needs some time off. Our respite care service assign caregiver(s)to provide short term care for the duration of the time off.

5) Private Duty Nursing & Medication Setup & Management

These services are performed by our registered hurses RNs and licensed practical nurses LPNs. They are designed to provide in home medical setup for client, manage medications for the client in their home and provide other prescribed health related services for clients at home.
