Indian River Fitness offers over 36 fitness classes per week in the private Aerobic Studio. Classes include Zumba, Boot Camp, Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, Silver Sneakers Classic, Silver Sneakers Cardio, Balance Plus, Power Sculpting and now Kick Boxing and Line Dancing Classes. Classes are free with all memberships. FREE classes for Non-members are Arthritis Chair Yoga on Tues and Thurs at 10am and Friday Gentle Yoga at 11am. Yes FREE to members and non-members!
