Rhonda, A Native Of Long Beach, Has The Unique Ability Of Pairing Residents With Apartment Homes. Rhonda Has Worked In The Residential Housing Industry For More Than 15 Years. As A Certified Apartment Manager, She Has Worked By Assignment With Large Management Companies, Both As An Onsite Manager And Leasing Supervisor. She Has, For 12 Years, Partnered With The President And The Maintenance Supervisor With The Common Goal Of Excellence. Rhonda Resides And Provides On Site Management For One Of Our Historic Downtown Locations.

Tony Mendez~maintenance Supervisor

Tony Joined The Company In 2001, And Has Become An Essential Part Of Our Growth. As Maintenance Supervisor He Works Closely With The Management While Guiding His Crew With Efficiency And Attention To Detail. Tony Has An Extremely Wide Range Of Skills. Previously, He Gained 10 Years Experience At A Very Large Condominium Community, Where He Climbed The Ladder To The Position Of Team Leader. Our Residents Find Him To Be As Friendly As He Is Talented. Tony Also Provides On Site Managment For One Of Our Downtown Properties.
