Standard services include: design, documentation, shop drawing review and limited construction support. Supplementary services may include: project feasibility, design programming, site planning, estimating, comprehensive building specifications, change orders, bidding, zoning approval and construction management. Site and finish selection assistance available upon request.

2) Home Design For Owners And Custom Builders.

We specialize in Custom homes, additions, renovations, and remodels. Alteration projects usually range from $100,000 to $1,000.000 and new homes from $300,000 to $4,000,000 plus.
Substantial experience with challenging building sites, complex alterations, vacation homes, luxury estates, lake homes and cottages.
