Located in Placerville California near Coloma, Bella Vista is a luxury Bed and Breakfast, Wedding and Event Venue. We are located in Northern California just East of Sacramento in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. Being in the heart of El Dorado Countys wine country we are surrounded by some of the best wineries in the area.'Our four guest rooms include two suites with overnight accommodations for up to twelve guests. Each room is elegantly and uniquely appointed to create the perfect relaxing environment for your stay. Our breakfast cuisine highlights a variety of locally grown organic produce and we will happily to accommodate your special dietary needs.

Bob and Kathleen Ash purchased the property that is now the Bella Vista in June of 2005. After enjoying the property for a year, the couple decided the 5 acres was more than just land, it was an experience that needed to be shared.
Kathleen has always had a heart of hospitality with a career history as a flight attendant. Her home always had the reputation for being the neighborhood “get-together” spot. Starting a Bed and Breakfast was the perfect way to share both the beauty of the property and Kathleen’s heart to serve others.
Bob is a very creative contractor with an eye for detail. He has transformed the property from a typical El Dorado County landscape to a relaxing oasis complete with ponds and streams. Bob and Kathleen were the dynamic duo that the property was begging for and together they created the luxurious escape that thousands have now enjoyed since the Inn’s doors opened in the summer of 2007.
