Newland's Resort and Newland Marine is proud to offer a quiet, friendly environment for your get-away needs: cottage rentals, primitive camping, and two RV Sites with electric hook-up only. All sites can be rented nightly or weekly; no seasonal rentals. We also provide several services for your watercraft; including a boat ramp, seasonal boat docks, indoor and outdoor storage, outboard winterizing, boat transportation, and power washing pontoons. We also have easy access to the lake on a private property.

We are a family owned and operated company since 1897. We are continually striving to update our cozy cottages making changes every season. We pride ourselves on providing a quiet, peaceful respite to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

3) Camping
RV RATES
$40/Night with Electric. RV Sites are not permanent sites. Site comes with electric service only, 30 & 50 AMP. RV Sites are located along Indian Lake. Holiday rates may vary.
4) Cottage Details
COTTAGE 1- Sits on the channel, has boat dock, 2 Bedrooms, one bedroom comes with a queen size bed, the other bedroom has a full size bed. This Cottage has a spacious living area with Direct TV and A/C. The Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffeemaker. It has an enclosed porch with a dining table and futon. Bathroom includes a standup shower.
COTTAGE 2- Sits on the channel, has a boat dock, 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen and 1 with a full size bed. Living area comes with A/C, Direct TV, sofa and chair. Kitchen comes with a dining table and chairs, refrigerator, stove, microwave and a coffee maker. Enclosed porch comes with a large dining table and a futon. Bathroom includes a standup shower.
COTTAGE 3- Sits on a hill, overlooking a channel on Indian Lake approximately 100 feet from the water. This cottage includes a boat dock, large yard and living area, that includes a leather sofa and love seat with Direct TV, 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen and 1 with a full size bed. Kitchen area includes dining table and chairs, refrigerator, stove, microwave and a coffee maker. Porch area is screened in with a view of the channel. Bathroom includes a stand up shower.
Special Note: All cottages have dishes and silverware provided. Linens are provided for bedrooms and bathroom. Lawn chairs are recommended. Cottages also include a gas grill, a fire pit, and a picnic table.

RESERVATION POLICY- Deposit of 50% of the total is due at the time of the reservation. Final payment will be charged to your credit card on the check-in date.
CANCELLATION POLICY-
*100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
*50% refund of the amount paid - minus $50 service fee- if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
*NO REFUND of the amount paid if you cancel less that 14 days before check-in.

What a gem! In our six decades of travel, my wife and I have never stayed at a more immaculate, welcoming place than this. The cottage was as clean as a hospital operating room, perfectly stocked, and felt like home. The Newland family treats you like visiting family. Incredible experience, but don't tell anyone. I don't want it to be over booked for our next visit.

We had the best time! Our cottage was perfect for my husband and I. It was super clean and had all the amenities. It was so nice to be able to park our boat on our own dock that comes with the cabin and not have to take it out of the water the whole time we were there. Great price and John was around if we needed him. we will be back!

I use Newland’s to store my boat and this coming season I’ll be renting a dock. I’ve been very happy with the service. John has always answered when I call and is very accommodating. This place has everything you need....storage, docks, cabins, winterization, shrink wrap, etc. very convenient. I’m really happy I found this place.

We stayed at Newland's on a spir of the moment daytrip. He was extremely accommodating. We had a perfectly clean cabin for an AMAZING price! We could have put our whole family in it comfortably. Even included a dock for our kayaks. We will definitely be back again and again! Thank you so much!! Jodell
