Business Description
Write Start opened as an In-Home provider in 2006 and as a Center in 2008. Our current facility is designed for child care services in mind. To ensure optimal quality care and education, our programs offer smaller group size per room and lower child to staff ratio; clean, safe, and warm inviting environment; trained and educated teachers; and a user friendly paperless system for immediate day to day communication.
Every child will receive an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) based on assessments completed within the first 30 days of enrollment and will be reviewed bi-annual between staff and parents during scheduled Progress Meetings. We strive to provide a safe and fun learning environment for each child as an individual part of a community of friends.

Vision: To become a place were children, families, and the community want to participate and become actively involved.
Goals: To provide exceptional care to assist in the development of children by offering an atmosphere where they feel safe, loved, respected, and comfortable to explore.
Write Start is a STAR 3 Quality licensed program through ODJFS. We offer programs for children 6 weeks through school-age, which include Preschool/PreK (full time or daily), School's Out, Summer Camp, and transportation services for Bishop Flaget, Unioto, Zane Trace, and Adena. Our meal services are approved by ODH, ODE, and Ohio Healthy Programs.
