The diverse and delicious items on the buffet stays fresh and refilled. The spicy fish is a great dish and the Mongolian kitchen is a plus. Staff is attentive and friendly. Consistency and reliability.

We traveled from Portland to Salem after reading a review from second time around owner, Mr. Cao, asking people to come back to the restaurant he had previously owned. So glad we did. He puts on a delicious spread, many new foods to try, much different than your standard chinese restaurant fare. The stir fry line was rather long on Saturday Night and we filled up on many delicious items before that specific dish was ready. There were enough American fare options for the picky eater to choose from and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the place. I tried fried banana for the first time, who knew it was so sweet? What impressed me the most was the plea to customers to only put on your plate what you could eat. In this throw away, wasteful culture of ours, it was refreshing to meet an owner who knew the value of the food he served and was willing to provide many options of very flavorful food to choose from. We were careful to take very small portions and clean our plates and had little to no waste. Thank you Mr. Cao, for a wonderful meal and a nice atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the background music.
