Duval Realty, Inc. was incorporated in January 1995 to specialize in the property managment of residential and commercial properties as well as association management.

Our current portfolio includes:
over 100 single-family homes
warehouse buildings on the north & west sides
retail centers in Avondale and Ortega
a 546 unit homeowners association on the westside

Most of the owners we represent are local professionals that do not have the time to devote to the management and leasing of their investments.

We offer Management and Accounting services for a percent of the collections and our leasing fees are very reasonable for the results we are able to obtain.

In Addition, We Ensure The Residents Are Complying With Their Obligations Under The Lease. currently Duval Maintenance, Inc Handles Most Of Our Everyday Maintenance Calls; The Hourly Charge Is $40.00 Per Hour. All Work Beyond The Staff Of Duval Maintenance Is Called Out To The Appropriate Vendor(s) All Of Which Are Licensed And Insured.

Leasing Services - - - Connie Taylor

Leasing Service: When A Vacancy Occurs We Will Place The Unit On Mls, Put A Sign On The Property (if Allowed), Place The Property On Our Website And If Necessary Place An Ad In The Newspaper. We Will Show The Unit To Prospective Residents And Then Collect And Review All Applications Thoroughly. Current Residency And Employment Are Verified Along With The Performance Of A Credit Check. Once The Application Is Approved And The Deposit Is Paid We Will Take The Unit Off The Market And Take All Necessary Steps To Move The Resident In As Quickly As Possible.

Accounting Services - - - Patricia Mallard And Liz Jones

Accounting Services: All Rents Are Collected, All Invoices Are Paid And The Balance Is Paid To The Owner At The End Of Each Month Accompanied With A Thorough Accounting Statement. Our Collection Procedures Include Written Legal Notices, Telephone Calls And/or Personal Visits. Should Legal Counsel Become Necessary We Will Act As A Liaison Between All Parties Involved.
