Howard Goodman is an experienced civil litigation attorney who will often represent creditors on contract and collection claims on a contingent fee basis with the client solely responsible for payment of court costs. Howard Goodman became in attorney after graduating from Loyola Law School Los Angeles in 1977 and focused his practice on protecting the rights of creditors including material suppliers and contractors in the construction industry. Sean Goodman graduated from Whittier Law School in 2009 and immediately joined the law firm. To collect money, civil actions are filed in appropriate Courts in Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside, Kern, and Santa Barbara counties. Howard Goodman is familiar with what are commonly referred to as "third party remedies" in construction industry actions including mechanic's liens, stop notices and payment bond enforcement proceedings. Support staff in the office includes three (3) legal secretaries.

Debtors Are Served With Orders For Appearance For Judgment Debtor Examination. Abstracts Of Judgment And Writs Of Execution Are Prepared And Submitted To The Court To Be Issued. Instructions Are Prepared To The Sheriff To Levy Execution On Assets Or Income Of The Judgment Debtor Which May Be Discovered.

The Transaction Law Department Works On Preparing And Reviewing Transactional Documents Such As Contracts, Partnership Agreements, Employment Agreements, Settlement Agreements, And Other Legal Transactional Documents.

The Entity Organization Department Works On Preparing And Filing Articles Of Organization For Corporations And Limited Liability Companies In The State Of California.
