1) Truck Insurance

We represent a number of insurers as Brokers. For some clients, we can show how to save 30% or more on fleet insurance.

We can offer you a unique safety device that will tell you where your truck is and how fast it is moving, monitor fuel useage--and the program will give most applicants a 15% discount off already discounted rates for the fleet.

2) Workers Compensation Insurance

We provide our clients with marketing services, administrative services, and work with the adjusters to keep the experience modifications down. We teach you, the buyer, how to become more proactive so you can be more competitive.

4) Excess Liability Requirements

More and more contractors will be using wrap up plans for their liability on the project, and will be providing excess liability. A new California law requires the general contractor to be responsible for providing adequate limits of liability for the project. (See http://www.wrap-ups.net). We have a specialty in earthquake insurance placement, both for residences and commercial buildings--offices, strip malls, condo associations, and builder's risks projects. Our markets are all A-rated and competively priced. More important, they work with you and us to make sure your program is properly designed to cover your losses when they do occur.
