Chef Mario began cooking at a very young age, learning along side his family. "Being in a large Italian family, we cooked quite a bit, so I learned the classic Italian ways of the kitchen very fast" Says Chef Mario. His father had a passion for making wood-oven pizza in their pizza oven and Mario got the opportunity to learn first-hand everything that was involved, from making the dough to crafting the perfect sauce to selecting the best cheese available.'There's more to it than meets the eye when you're going for pizza... If it doesn't come out of a wood-fired oven, don't order it. If the ingredients come out of a freezer, don't order it! You won't find any of that at Pizza Nostalgia 'A family experience, no production, just hand-tossed quality!'I hope that you enjoy your experience.'
