With custom meal plans and custom workouts our trainers provide the best service in Saint Louis. Whether you are just starting or you have years of experience in the gym and just need someone to push you, we have trainers for all levels and needs.

2) Day Care

Need to work out but don't have anyone to watch your kids? That's not a problem here at Wild Horse Fitness. Our day care is great for infants all the way up to toddlers. Our day care staff, is kind, friendly, and all the kids that come here with their parents love it. Our staff is CPR/AED certified and cares about the happiness of your child.
