All the precut wood, two insulated Pella windows, one 36 walk-in door, screws, nails, caulking and even the stain is included! There is a three-year warranty on the Watershield and UV Protectant Stain. There is nothing else to purchase, just assemble with the easy-to-follow instructions included and youre all set! '
