1) Individual Psychotherapy

Providing support and psychotherapy services for those experiencing feelings of hopelessness, sadness, and depression. Included are people who have anxiety at levels that prevent them from coping with life challenges. Therapy is provided in a warm and supportive environment that builds trust and well-being.

2) Marriage And Couples Counseling

People feel much better when they live in a relationship with a significant other. While this is very rewarding, relationships can be afflicted by conflict that threatens to undermine the very fabric of the relationship. I bring many years of experience helping those who are having relationship problems. Within the context of this counseling is the goal of learning positive communication and mutual understanding and respect.

3) Adult Adhd Group Support

Married couples in which one or both partners have ADHD have a very high rate of divorce. Yet, there is nothing inevitable about this. In the context of group psychotherapy those who have ADHD and their partners who may not, learn about the disorder and how to successfully cope with a very difficult situation.

4) Grief Support

The tragic loss of a loved one is deeply traumatic. There is a normal process of mourning that is extremely painful to go through. Support is provided through group therapy in which those with similar losses can share empathy, a sense of belonging in a situation that can feel very isolating and strategies about how to cope.

5) Eating Disorders

Bulimia, Anorexia, Binge Eating remain serious and life-threatening issues. Psychotherapy in a warm, empathetic and nonjudgmental environment helps relieve the psychological and emotional problems that are the root cause of these disorders.
