Dedicated to helping change the world one black belt at a time! ATA Martial Arts is a member of one of the world's largest martial arts organizations, the American Taekwondo Association. Taekwondo is and exciting and powerful martial art known for its dynamic kicking and hand techniques. Although these martial arts techniques are centuries old, our programs are always evolving to keep pace with our rapidly changing world. The teaching curriculum at ATA Martial Arts is based on two concepts: ""positive mental attitude"" and ""setting high goals"". We feel so positive about our program that we promise to give you and your family the most professional, well supervised and highest quality classes available.

Owner and Chief Instructor Terri Strain has been practicing Taekwondo since 1993. She is a best selling author in the Bullyproof series of books and is passionate about making everyone strong and confident enough to be Bullyproof. Ms. Strain is a 6 th degree black belt in the American Taekwondo Association and is a Master nominee, looking forward to achieving Mastership this summer.
