Medical Waste Documentation Forms
BREs documentation known as manifests meet all City, County, and Tennessee State guidelines for proper documentation of Waste Processing. Each manifest is generated onsite from data collected at the site of the waste pickup by the vehicle driver. From pick up to destruction and all points in between, the waste is tracked, labeled and identified. A complete manifest is maintained of each item and is reflected in the destruction reports generated upon destruction of the waste for final documentation of disposal and traceability.
As a valued customer, you will have access to a password protected online Customer Portal where you will have access to review your manifest, current schedule for pick-ups, and billing.
Emergency Service
Blue Ridge provides a 24-hour emergency service. If Emergency Pick up is needed after hours, each customer will have access to an emergency number & a Blue Ridge representative will immediately respond to your needs.
