Westwood Mobile Home Park has been family owned and run since 1957. When purchased the park was orignally named B-Bar-B Mobile Home Park and had only 6 homes. With a lot of hard work, Mario Cipolla, along with his wife Evelyn and daughter Marilyn grew the park to one of the largest mobile home parks in the state, it now maintains 458 lots. Although Mario and Evelyn are no longer with us, the park is still family operated by Marilyn with the help of her daughter Michelle, the 3rd generation.
Our community population is close to 1300 residents with 4.8 miles or residential frontage and 62 acres. It is a comparable size to the city of Grafton. Westwood is a streeted, private property with an onsite wastewater treatment plant and city supplied reservoir water system. For your safety, Westwood staffs a park security team from the Lorain County Sherriff’s Department. Also for your safety all streets are well lit throughout the entire park.
