Your pet is our passion. They always have been. You might even say it's in our breeding thanks to leading pet groomer, teacher and Wizards of Paws owner, Greg Kellas. As a child, he developed a special bond, respect (and knack) for grooming animals at his parents Holly Glenn Kennels in Virginia, a well known home to championship Collies and German Shepherds. Along the way, Greg crafted and mastered his grooming talents until opening his first solo venture, Animal House in Washington, DC where he groomed everything from dogs to monkeys.

Looking ahead, Greg opened another location in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. You might have guessed we're talking about us- the Wizards of Paws- and while the sheer variety of animals we groom is less, only dogs so far (and cats in our Millsboro location) our list of happy customers and their people continues to grow. From Rehoboth Beach to Lewes, from Bethany Beach to Millsboro and to just about every and all beach and near-beach points around, we've become a grooming destination for beach-going pet lovers. Remembering his own experience, Greg decided to add a dog grooming school to the Rehoboth Beach based Wizards of Paws. After all, it was through teaching and hands on experience that he developed his own skills, knowledge and love of grooming animals and it was an experience he wanted to share. For more than 10 years now, Greg has done just that with many of his students going on to have successful pet grooming careers of their own, including many who've opened their own grooming business.

I have a Persian that seems to shed 24/7 & I took her to the Wizard of Paws for a bath, nail trim & a Lion Cut. They did a fantastic job & she did really good for them. The staff gave her periods of rest time & never hurried her during the process. Thank you!

Considering our over 15 years in business, you can expect nothing but professional grooming from our team. Not many shops offer cat grooming in addition to dog grooming, but we do! We want to share our passion for animal care with you, which is why we run a grooming school at Wizard of Paws II.
