Lesli and Teresa established Vantage Rehab in 2011 to better serve our communities with an option for therapy services. Our clients value the individualized care and compassion we provide.

Vantage Rehab is proud to offer physical and occupational therapy services to the communities of Southwest Iowa. It is therapist owned and dedicated to creating an environment for a personal experience with one on one patient care.
The facility includes private up to date treatment rooms and a spacious gym area where therapists utilize electric stimulation, ultrasound, traction, heat, iontophoresis and cryotherapy to treat an assortment of patient conditions.
Therapists utilize physical activity, manual techniques, body reeducation, postural corrections, physical agents, and modalities to get you back to your active life!
Some conditions treated at Vantage Rehab include but are not limited to: lymphedema therapy, orthopedic dysfunctions, joint replacement, arthritis, pain syndromes, pre- & post-surgery, back & neck dysfunctions, sports injuries, tendonitis & bursitis, Parkinson's disease, plantar fasciitis, general weakness, stroke, gait & balance deficits, sensory disorders, and workers' compensation injuries.
Lesli and Teresa are both Workwell Certified in Functional Capacity Evaluations, Pre-Work Screens, Job-Site Analysis & Work Rehabilitation.
