People often travel through life without incident and then hit a difficult patch, life skills that have been used successfully are now not working. I can help you with understanding this potential dilemma. Reaching midlife oftens brings one to question his/her existence and what the meaning of life is for him/her. I work with people on these existential issues.

People come to psychotherapy with a multitude of concerns. This is a place of beginning to explore with this person the depth and meaning of the deeper issue. The ultimate goal to understand,have satisfaction and embrace suffering in a productive way.
