"Reaching 60: Not That Easy..."

For me, approaching 60 wasn't easy. My career had lost its appeal, I was bored with my family, I never seemed to have enough money, my friends seemed to be doing much better than me, and my sex life wasn't the same. These are not the kinds of things you talk to friends about, at least not me. In fact, I didn't want to talk to anyone. When I finally made an appointment with Dr. Clark, I didn't even tell my wife. But thank God I made that first appointment! After a few sessions, everything began to make sense. I had been getting depressed and hadn't realized it. Dr. Clark didn't change everything, but I sure feel better about turning 60 now than I did. Thank God I didn't loose my family. I'm even starting to enjoy my work again. Seeing Dr. Clark was the best decision I ever made.

I have been in practice for over 20 years, the last 12 years with Fair Oaks Medical in South Pasadena. For your convenience, I am available six days / week including most evenings and Saturdays. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit/debit card at the time of service. We also accept some PPO insurance plans including Blue Shield, Aetna, and Humana. However, we do not accept HMO plans.

1) Relationship Difficulties

All couples have difficulties from time to time, offen related

to communication problems, financial stress, or sexual issues. I have been helping individuals and couples with relationship issues for over 20 years with good success. I work with people from all cultures and backgrounds, including alternative lifestyles.

Today, with the economy in trouble, people are having
a wide range of employment issues, from difficulties
finding work and career selection to conflicts with employers
and charges of sexual harassment. I also provide sexual harassment seminars for local companies.

Having trained and worked in medical facilities most of my career, I have helped people cope with a wide variety of chronic illnesses, from diabetes (the most common), to heart disease, and cancer. Fortunately, at Fair Oaks Medical, we have two physicians who are also available for consultation.

5) Marital Intimacy Concerns

While many marital difficulties can be alleviated by improving the quality of communication, some problems (including infertility, infidelity, internet addiction, and sexual dysfunctions) require considerable sensitivity and patience to resolve. Marital therapy can be effective with even the most personal and sensitive issues.
