Just Sailing is locally-owned and operated sailing charter service right here in Destin, FL. Set sail from the Destin Harbor on your private sailing adventure. We may sail into the Gulf of Mexico or tack and sail under the Marler Bridge into smoother waters of Choctawhatchee Bay. Sit back under the bimini, find a place on deck to sunbathe or assist with sailing. Dolphins frequently appear near us, so be sure to keep a watchful eye.
Open up a new world of adventure and learn to sail for our Certified Sailing Instructor with many years of sailing local waters.We offer a Discover Sailing Workshop as an introduction to sailing or Basic Sailing Lessons and receive a private sailing certification. Just Sailing began due to a passion for sailing. In 2013, Captain Bonny Todd, branched out on her own and began offering sailing charters and sailing lessons a long the Emerald Coast. Each year Captain Bonny, expands her knowledge and experience by attending seminars and going sailing. Most recent excersion was asist in a deliverly from Bermuda to Boston.

1) Morning Sailing Charters

A morning sail along Destin Harbor and East Pass for two hours

2) Afternoon Sailing Charters

Boat tours of two and a half hours along Destin's Coast line. Sail the Gulf of Mexico or Choctawhatchee Bay.

3) Sunset Sail

Catch your private view of the sunset from the Gulf of Mexico or Choctawhatchee Bay.

4) Discover Sailing Workshop

An excellent introduction to sailing or refresher to regain your sailing confidence.

This 3 hour on the water workshop teaches Basic Sailing Terminology, Parts and Functions, Helm commands, Sail trim, seamanship and safety while sailing. Each workshop is during the afternoon, beginning at 1 pm.

Customize your workshop or workshops fit your schedule and level of experience. We will happily assist in scheduling your workshop.

5) Basic Two Day Sailing Course

Learn how to safely and efficiently sail boats about 30 feet long, in light to moderate wind and sea conditions. Basic Sailing Terminology, Parts and Functions, Helm Commands, Sail trim, seamanship, safety, navigation, aids to navigation, Radio communication. Skills: Hoist/set sails safely and correctly to obtain proper sail trim, points of sail, and tacking. Getting out of Irons, heaving to and rules of the road.
