Norman Equine Designs, Inc is well known for its high quality Snuggy & Slinky Horse Blankets. We are the manufacturers of the Apache Rivertm Dog Coats and the Beautiful Tailstm Tail Sacks, Blankets, Sheets and Hoods. Whatever it takes to groom your Horse, Norman Equine, Inc has it. For the Rider we offer a selection of Apache River tm clothing. All products are handmade in the beautiful state of Arkansas.

horse Products

Slinky - Extra fabric in the mane area allows the horse to move his head up and down without placing stress on his head, face or mane. This has been added to the Slinky, Slinky II, Snuggy and Snuggy II.

Snuggy - The construction covers your horse from nose to tail with belly wrap, tail cover, and leg straps. Has wide fleece nose band that will not leave line or imprint, Lycratm Spandex liner over mane area and cutaway tail cover.

Fly Sheet - These sheets are made the Same as our other sheets except they are not bound and have no butt bonnet. Made of Navy Football jersey fabric, they are highly breathable and durable. Sheet may used by itself or with the Hood.

Tail Bags - Full Tail Sack No braiding, breaking or tangling. Provides full protection from dust, the sun and all damaging elements. Fast and easy to use. Great for conditioning and keeping the tail clean. Made of nylon which breathes. Blanket clip included.

Tail Bags - Half Sack - The Half Tail Sack attaches to the braid with a soft, strong piece of elastic which fastens with strong Velcro. Will not swat off. The bottom is reinforced for longer wear. Made of durable nylon Oxford.

Saddle Cover - These Saddle Jackets stretch and hug the entire saddle and feature pockets for the stirrups. Can stay on the Saddle until ready to go into the ring, providing protection from the sun, dust, or accidental scrape. So easy to use, you won't want to be without it during the show season.

Brushes - Your horse will love you when you use this incredibly gentle Paddle Brush to detangle his hair.

Use as a body brush to remove hair, dust, dried sweat or dander. Easy to hold and requires less pressure than standard rubber groomers.

Dog Coats - The Apache River Dog Blanket is an innovative Fleece Blanket. The superior design offers a perfect fit. Fleece fabric has a nice stretch factor that allows it to hug the body like a second skin. It is lightweight, yet warmer than wool fleece and highly breathable. The blanket is very attractive and fully lined and bound with Lycra Spandex.

Dog Safety Jacket & Adjustable Leash - Easy to use and comfortable for your pet to wear. Made of strong, durable Nylon Lycra. The Soft stretch will ease the impact on your pets body better than non-giving straps. If you secure pet, as per instructions, it could save him from injury or possible death.

Dog Travel Beds -This bed was especially designed for travel.But it can also be used in your home. The Small Bed will set on your console or seat. The large bed fits in the seat only.It attaches to the console lid and/or seat belt. We have found all dogs love the super soft feel of this bed.
