Business Description

Raya Yeary has been tattooing professionally since 1996. She has a BFA degree in printmaking and sculpture from The School of The Art Institute of Chicago.

A painter and graphic artist as well, Rayas style is bold and bright. She loves the use of pattern, varies line weights, and bright color schemes. Raya is a native of Maryland, growing up in Rockville, Md.

She has worked and traveled throughout the states finally coming back to Maryland in 2004, meeting her now husband and becoming a mother in 2009.

Raya approaches each project with an artistic eye and a compassionate ear, so that she can best help her clients achieve satisfaction with what they have chosen to do. Rayas main goal is to make sure the client is comfortable, making the whole process easy to understand.

Raya as of Dec 5th 2015 has moved into her own location Talon Studio. She will still be offering her services in a private, clean and professional environment. Raya looks forward to working with you in the future.

Raya Yeary has been preforming permanent cosmetics since 2012. Eyebrows are done in a hair stroke method. Pricing includes first follow up appointment. $450. All permanent cosmetics are done by appointment only. Please call for additional information.

3) Permanent Eyeliner

Raya Yeary has been performing permanent cosmetics since 2012. Eyeliner can be done top and bottom lids $450 , or top only $250, bottom only $200. Pricing includes first follow up appointment. Permanent cosmetics are done appointment only. Please call for more information or to book an appointment.

4) Permanent Lips

Raya has been preforming permanent cosmetics since 2012. Lip can be done liner only $300, liner and shading $500, liner and full color $600. Pricing includes first follow up appointment. Permanent cosmetics require an appointment, please call for more info or to book appointment

5) Scar Camouflage

Scar camouflage need free consult to access the project, then price. Scar camouflage can only be done on scars that are at least a year old and are white or lighter then your skin tone. Purple and reddish scar can not be helped with this procedure. Custom tattoos can cover scars and might be an option
