1) Tax Preperation

I provide all levels of income tax preparation - 1040's with all forms and schedules,
1041's for estates and trusts, 1120's for corporations as well as 1120-S's for S-corporations.
As an Enrolled Agent (IRS certification) I am able to help or represent my clients with audits and other IRS issues. My office is open year round for any assistance needed with your individual or corporate income taxes.

2) Bookkeeping

We provide bookkeeping and general accounting services for small and mid-size corporations.

3) Payroll

Many of our corporate clients also have us complete the payroll for their employees or themselves. We provide pay stubs and pay checks as well as W-2's at years' end. All payroll taxes will be sent to the government in a timely manner and we take care of all the required reporting.
We also keep track of how much you're paying your sub-contractors and issue the required
forms 1099 at the end of the year to comply with government regulations.

4) Sales Tax

If your business needs to pay sales tax, use tax, excise taxes or any specialty taxes due to the State or local government entities, we will compute them for you and pay them on your behalf.

5) Seminars

Business start-up questions, allowable expenses, record-keeping requirements as well as general interest income tax questions will be answered in some of our seminars offered.
