Dear Barstow Automotive and Towing, A belated "Thank You" to your company, specifically to Phil (did not get last name) of truck #8. While traveling from Modesto to Las Vegas on Friday May 27, the car my wife and I were traveling in decided to fritz out. Traveling north on I15 the alternator said "Adios!" somewhere east of Yermo. After a few phone calls with our insurance, Phil was on the scene within the hour. Thankfully, we weren't in an emergency situation, but we did have tickets to a show Saturday night. He towed our vehicle to the agreed upon shop in Yermo. It was clear when we arrived the shop could not help us (now it's around 8 PM), so Phil towed us to a place he knew in Barstow. We were able to bed down in Barstow and get the car fixed the next morning. Just as we were leaving Barstow Saturday morning, along side us pulls Phil. He was checking on us to make sure everything was OK, and we would make our show. It was, and we did. Such friendly customer service is so rare these days, and Phil's kindness should not go unnoticed. Much appreciated! Thank you Phil. Jason and Sabrina P.S. Santana's show was awesome!
