We came off the highway through Eagle Lake last night and heard a recurring bump sound - turns out the left front tire had a big bubble. We recently had a trailer tire blow and needed a tow. I feel badly that I cannot remember the man’s name, but he went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable with all aspects of the tow. Loading and unloading of the one-wheeled trailer was a real handful, but he handled it as only a real pro can. Excellent service.

We were so appreciative of how much initiative Willie took when he came to assist us. Our car was halfway in the ditch and sitting on a culvert with one wheel sticking up in the air. It was a tough job and he kept trying until he figured out how to safely extract the car. He was polite, friendly, and didn't even charge us for the service. Fernandez and Sons have our business for future towing needs.
