We are a Sports Specific Performance training facility offering a 24 hour member access at an unbeatable price. We offer youth speed and strength programs led by certified instructors proven in their field. Personal training is available as well as private lessons for all services offered. Golf Academy & Learning Center, Baseball/Softball Velocity and Mechanics training, Speed & agility at all levels, Weight Loss support, Performance & wellness driven 24 hour member access facility

Special Cardio room & Senior Cardio price $10.00 per month no contract and no games 24 hour access.
