My name is Dena Skoglund and I am a Holistic Health Coach. My goal is to help as many people as possible uncover the root cause of their illness and establish new ways of eating so that they can heal and feel their very best!
In looking at the person as a whole, we explore not only nutrition, but other areas where stress might lie, such as career fulfillment; relationship status; spirituality practice and physical exercise.
