Also, in a conventional roaster the bean, Chaff and all the debris is roasted together meaning the chaff will spark and cause the burnt taste. Our roast will not do that the Chaff is cleaned out while being roasted giving you a clean tasting bean. You will only taste the bean and nothing else. Our bean are also Certified Organic also.
